About Us The IEVPC is headquartered in Orlando, Florida. It operates world wide through the branch offices of its associates scientists and contractors. Once its CGE Monitoring and Warning System (CMWS) is deployed, the IEVPC will establish on site facilities at high threat areas providing advanced notification of CGE events. Board
of Directors The Board of Directors (BOD) for the IEVPC was recently established along with the registration of the IEVPC in the State of Florida. This BOD is expected to expand during the next few months as the response to invitations to join the BOD are processed. Membership on the board is expected to consist of a broad representation of leaders from a variety of fields and international backgrounds. This includes members from the media, government, technology management, aerospace, finance, etc., that may provide a wide range of expertise to aid the IEVPC in the accomplishment of its Mission.
Dr.
Rich Swier. IEVPC Director. Dr. Swier holds a Ed.D. in Education and is a retired US Army LTC. He is a prominent
radio broadcaster with a large following on the internet. He has written and interviewed extensively on many important subjects
including climate change and the politics surrounding the causes and effects of climate change.
